Top 5 Best Military Science Fiction Novels

I love military sci-fi, but it’s a pretty small genre and finding new favorites can be a challenge. I have the additional challenge that I’ve served more than 20 years in the military, so I can be pretty particular about accuracy when it comes to certain things.

Good news, though: there are some fabulous military SF books out there where it’s obvious the author knew a solid or two about what it is to wear the uniform. Some of these authors served themselves, and the others are just really insightful folks.
